The aim of this research was to explore the relationship between the current economic climate in Europe and the attractiveness of outsourcing solutions in personnel management (HR BPO). One of the objectives was to investigate the attitudes towards outsourcing of operations as an opportunity in order to face the demands of the economic recession more effectively. Another objective was to identify the factors that influence the decisions for or against outsourcing.
