MTS Services Overview
Our Managed Training Services is designed around different elements to support efficiency and transparency of the processes at client’s organization. Our services include different steps that can be implemented together or separately based on client’s needs, processes and tools used:

• Consulting services include analysis of customer processes, tools and systems. We also offer our clients knowhow and support in terms of training administration including participant registration, venue management, communication and material management, and finance and reporting. Our Program Managers with international experience will assist the client in each and every step of the process starting with analysis of structures and tools, designing outsourcing model and organizing and administrating trainings and events.
• Registration administration includes publication of training offers, operational interface to participants, approval management, administration of registration tools (internal or HR factory solution), and on-site service during training.
• Venue management includes venue search, cost forecast and approval, booking, meeting room needs and set-up, contract negotiations, participant accommodation and transfer, complete communication with location, and controlling of location costs.
• Communication interface includes creation of detailed briefing and process per training. We support trainer search and content implementation, appropriate location definition, consulting on activities, trainer communication including scheduling, briefing of trainer, participant lists management, booking of trainer accommodation and trainer feedback.
• Material management includes ordering of training materials, creation and production of materials, storage and inventory, material packing, shipment and pick-up of left-over materials.
• Reporting includes several reports that can be customized according to customer needs. Some examples include reports on participants’ number, feedback gathering, financial reporting, and other reports.
• Finance service includes procurement services, budget analysis and controlling, contracting and on-boarding vendors, third-party vendor management, cross charges, invoice controlling and handling of cancellation policy, consolidating financial information, and evaluating prices and pricing policies.
